Yuri’s Night ’06 World Space Party!

Yuri’s Night is a global celebration of human spaceflight. On April 12, 1961, cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin made his historic flight around the Earth and became the first human in space; he was an instant hero who pioneered the dream of spaceflight for all people. Exactly 20 years later on April 12, 1981, the first U.S. Space Shuttle was launched.

Celebrate Yuri’s Night with us at the Flying Saucer on Wednesday April 12th. Join us for this galactic and world-wide party! This years celebration will feature bands, toasts from leaders in the space community, and a chance to connect with space enthusiasts from around Texas and the world!
