On your morning commute along I-10 near the Kirkwood exit, you may notice a group of hopping, waving, electric-blue-wigged, t-shirt wearing people. Some mornings there is a crowd of them, other days just a couple — and this morning they even brought along a big, bright blue dumptruck with a huge sign blazing on the side of it:


Is this legal? These people are practically standing on the Interstate — in what appears to be part of the construction zone.

Billboards are one thing, but psychotic wigged wavers?? I can’t see how that’s a good idea, given the already stressful rush hour driving conditions. At least I’ll know where to aim if road rage gets the best of me (ahem, just kidding).
