Update: I’ve found out that this site was done pro-bono by a marketing firm although it doesn’t seem that the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau is that thrilled with it. LOL.

I too have heard the Greater Houston Partnership isn’t thrilled with the site, BUT the site has generated some interesting responses… especially from consultants who happen to trip upon the site while researching the region.
Apparently, the responses from people who leave comments on the site are so honest and unbiased, that consultants seem to think the site helps sell Houston. It
