So you may not believe me, but I am in fact interested in things other than puppet shows. Having said that, let me remind you of the first ever Bobbindoctrin Puppet Festival tonight (Friday) and tomorrow night (Saturday) - 8pm and 10pm.

I wouldn’t be so irritatingly repetitious if this wasn’t one of the Greatest Things Ever. Seriously. I’ll take it easy on the puppets after this one. ((Images above are from previous shows - just to give you a taste.))

For all of you that missed the 1st edition of the previously mentioned puppet show all is not lost. Tommorrow night at Walters it will play again. From what I’ve heard it got some wonderfull reviews. You say you don’t like puppets? Well then how about hilarious songs made up about slideshows. Its just too cool for words.

Diverseworks Theater Monday Night Footfall — a showcase of works-in-progress that are very worth seeing.

This week brings an interesting-sounding (as always) new Bobbindoctrin puppet show, Mt. Hubris & the Darm Machine, along with some sort of choreographed dance piece.

I don’t know a lot about puppets or dancing, but I plan on being there to enjoy both. Actually, maybe I’m just going to figure out what the hell a darm is anyway…..

10/26 after the fact addition: Holy Moses, the puppet show is so killer. You must go and experience!!!!
