Space Center makes a Monopoly appearance

If you’ve ever wondered just what is so special about Atlantic City (the city Monopoly is based on), don’t sweat it anymore. The new Monopoly Here & Now edition now features our very own Johnson Space Center. Other changes to the game are new player pieces (bye-bye doggie, hello Starbucks mug, Razr cellphone and laptop) and, of course, pricier real estate.
What do you think would be a good player piece to symbolize Houston? How would you symbolize rush hour in a tiny little game token anyway???
Thanks for the heads up Josh at Seattle Metblog and David at LA Metblog.

huzzah!! i wrote about this some entries ago.. and told people to vote… i knew our wonderful johnson space center would win. :)
as for the game pieces.. kinda hard to say with houston.. i’d say cellphone, laptop and starbucks mug. for rush hour, that’s a toughie… maybe a talking SUV or Ford truck screaming out “move it, slowpoke! pay attention to the road! stop stalling!” or something like that, followed by a series of horn honkin’.. lol
