that’s like Travis at Gray, right? on a building right near the Pierce Elevated that looks like it’s abandoned.

It has an Obey logo in the left bottom - so the artist is probably not local, although I could be wrong about that I guess. Either way I’ll see if I can find out who pasted it though…
