Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows!
Just one week from today is the return of the Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows. The show is one of the premiere dog shows in the country and features everything you need to “get your pooch on!”
Whether you are interested in breed judging, agility, frisbee, flyball, educational semindars, or just meeting a cornucopia of dogs… this is the event of the year. It is also a great way to learn about the different breeds to help you choose which is right for you. I will be attending this year and posting some of the great stories that transpire.
What is my personal favorite part of the dog show? Flyball BABY!!! This is an eye-blistering, speed-burning, great time. Amidst all the dignity and pomp of the breed judging, flyball explodes forward as clearly the most action-packed aspect of the weekend. The fans love it… the dog owners love it… and clearly the DOGS LOVE IT!
When: July 20-23
Where: Reliant Center
Times: 8am-3pm
Price: Adults at the gate $10 - through TicketMaster $8, Children 12 & under free

Oh dude! I am sooooo there! Can I bring my dogs? Are you going to interview any of the contestants?
The one down side is that you cannot bring your dogs. I will be interviewing the ‘parents’ of contestants. :)
I see there is a schedule of events available but when I tapped on the link it gave me nothing specific. Please advise. Thank you.

I am going to the show tommorro morning(saturday) and i was hoping to find some sheltie puppies available. I have already talked to an I.A.M.S representative about availability of dogs for sale there, but she wasn’t sure. Should I not get my hopes up in finding a pup? I know if I don’t I will see alot of great dogs, and breeds there anyways. Please help me out on this question if you can..thanks…Carlos from Sagemont!
You will definitely find breeders there. Just talk to anyone that has a Sheltie and I am suresmoeone will point you in the right direction.
