Those of you who weren’t at Brasil last night missed out on some great music. Houston artist, Lanky was gigging there and put together a super-solid show. Lanky was recently named “Unsigned Magazine’s Male Artist of the Year for 2006,” and it was easy to see why. He delivered songs like “Falling Hard for the Girl” and “Lovesick” with such honesty and talent that it will literally drop your jaw to listen.

If you get a chance to catch Lanky in some of his upcoming gigs… do it! There is nothing contrived or studio-created about Lanky… you get a stripped-down set that still sounds completely polished. His songs put you in that cool place that only great music can… you leave feeling glad you were there to witness.
