Don Nelson Celebrates 30 Years On the Air

If you are like me, you love looking at old pictures of goofy newscasters. Don Nelson is celebrating 30 years on the air in Houston this month. Here is a great shot of him with Shirley Hemphill. That is priceless.

    RIGHT!?!? Me too :) They are silly looking sometimes. My favorite is Marvin though — I watched a special where city hall was opening some big time capsule from oh-so-many years ago, and Marvin was actually in there…. well, pictures that he took as a photographer were in there. How crazy is that!? He’s pulling a Cher!
