Today is not the day to pick up friendly-looking hitchhikers

Deathrow inmate Charles Victor Thompson escaped today from Harris County’s Baker Street Jail after somehow getting civilian clothes, ditching his orange jumpsuit and obtaining a police badge.

Thompson killed his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend in 1998 – now her family is afraid he escaped to exact his revenge, not just to run as the police have suggested. Let’s hope that they find him before any of that happens.

Looks like its safe again… those serial killing, truck drivers can go back to nabbing wayward wanderers without having to worry about giving a ride to a killer. :)

I laugh every time I read that title even though I probably shouldn’t. But it seriously cracks me up.
