Oh wow… that’s a pretty bland looking trophy. I suppose it’s not the trophy that matters… it’s accomplishment.

Still, they could jazz it up a little bit.

hey what does everyone think about the closed roof on Minute Maid?

Personally I think it is our field let us do as we please! Home field advantage and they want to take it away from us. We weren’t crying when it was pouring and freezing during the 2nd game in Chicago. They are used to playing in that weather, well the Stros are used to playing in the loud noisy stadium!!
1st the baseball commission tells us that we aren’t gonna get a field unless we have the roof, so we get it. Now they are telling us, sorry but you have to open the roof. Its our roof!!!! Our choice!!!

Hmm. This is the most recent post about the World Series, you know, the one playing out in your own backyard?

    Huh.

There’s still time for you to become Sox fans! Then you’ll have plenty to write about!

Writing as an honorary south sider, I just want to thank Houston for “lulling us into a false sense of security.” It’s not often that we south siders get to be smug bastards, but I will take this opportunity to be one.

    Let’s go Sox!
