The stuff that dreams are made of
I just found out today that Cirque Du Soleil is coming to town.
Varekai is the show they will be gracing us with for one month, Jan 6 - Feb 6 for those not in the club.
I have always been fascinated by this ever changing group of artists and this will be my first chance to see it up close and personal, a must see if ever their was one.
Ooo… digit. You will love it. This will be my 4th Cirque du Soleil show. There is nothing like seeing it in person.
I found out Cirque was coming to Houston by accident… my boss ordered tickets and they were given to me by accident. Of course… I gave them back to my boss, but I hopped online and immediately ordered a pair. This time, I made sure not to get a seat behind one of the stupid tent poles.
And why do I continue to buy pairs tickets for events? I never have anyone to go with me… guess I’m the eternal optimist…. or idiot.
Saw Zumanity last summer in Vegas and it was incredible.
Cirque was here last year, I think, and also in some years past. It is a ‘don’t miss’.
I love Cirque and dragged my spouse to their show last spring in Houston. His comment as we walked to the car, “There was no elephants or tigers.” So I must find someone else to go with next time.
